When it comes to trainee placements, we believe that the Trainees should spend most of their time learning, acquiring experience and practical know-how, while at the same time broadening their theoretical knowledge.
Accordingly we strive to provide a wide variety of concrete experiences, and ensure we do not encourage specialisation or require the Trainee to undertake specific, routine tasks on a permanent basis.
In light of the above and as a matter of principle a trainee placement at PRM & Associados is not usually remunerated. All the Trainees that we have had the pleasure to train consider that the rewards and spin-offs they receive from the work they perform as part of their training is a fair and just reward.
